Policies for Our Services & Shop

Sales

All sales are final.

All items are clearly pictured. We provide exact dimensions for all artwork featured in our store. You may find slight color variation depending on your viewing device. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and packaged for shipping.

Custom Works

Custom orders will be fulfilled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Custom orders are generally completed and shipped within 10 business days.

In cases where lead time is lengthier, the customer will be notified. You should find this noted on the product page.

Consultations and Web Services

Our free consultations are no guarantee of ability to render services. We may find that we are unable to render the requested services. While we certainly wish we could do everything, some few things are simply beyond our scope.

All website design, construction, and management is conducted on a contractual basis.  

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in those rare cases where a gross error has occurred on our part. For example,

  • We shipped you the incorrect item
  • Printing errors (excepting natural variation).
  • Large errors in custom work.

We will issue refunds after a return. See above.

Shipping

We ship via USPS flat rate. Your shipment may include recycled/reused packing materials.

All orders over 50 USD qualify for free shipping with 50 USD in insurance (as set by USPS and subject to change). There may be a surcharge for oversized items. Customers may request more insurance for higher value items at their own expense. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us. We will do our best to contact shipping authorities and help resolve any issues that may have occurred. We do not accept sole responsibility for problems incurred during/by shipping. In all cases it is the customer’s responsibility to initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.

Harassment and Abuse Policy

We are an equal opportunity business. We will not design or entertain requests for work/websites/services that involve homophobia, racism, bigotry, or otherwise unethical stances and illegal activities. 

We retain the right to refuse any and all services to abusive customers (foul language, threats, harassment, etc.) at any point.

We retain the right to cancel and refund custom work in such cases. Refunds will suffer a 25% charge for work already completed and material costs (if any).
